SHS EAST students Ryan Branscum, Colton Strader, and Brent Avery collected items for the Independence County Humane Society on Thursday, October 20 at Harps Grocery in Southside. Hayley Gardner and Austin Scroggins also participated in the Project. They were able to deliver over 75 items to the Human Society. The Human Society was very appreciate of their efforts because they were low on food for the animals. A special thanks to Harps for allowing us to greet their customers and ask them to purchase an item for the animals.
